Gino Guillermo
Pastor | Elder
Gino Guillermo was born and raised on the beautiful island of Guam. He moved to Las Vegas in 2001 to finish his business marketing degree at UNLV. For ten years Gino lived and worked in Las Vegas. During this time he became increasingly involved at his local church with teaching and leading music. After several years of ministry Gino began to realize God’s “call” but was also faced with the reality that he needed to be trained for it. Seminary was a dream that became a reality in 2010.
In 2010, Gino married Jessie and they moved to Los Angeles to begin seminary at the Master’s Seminary. It was here where God providentially crossed his path with another seminary student and fellow coffee connoisseur named Jason Vaughn. For the next several years he served alongside Jason as part of the leadership team in the Cornerstone Fellowship group at Grace Community Church.
After leaving seminary in 2012, Jason went on to plant a church in Gino’s hometown of Las Vegas. When Gino left seminary in 2015, he went on to join Jason at the Las Vegas church plant. In the summer of 2018 Gino was brought on board as the second full-time member of the pastoral staff.
Gino and Jessie have 5 children with ages ranging from 1 year to 9 years: Judah (9), Ella (8), Ezra (6), Janna (4), and Jonah (1). Jessie currently has the joy of homeschooling 4 of them.

Ramil Santiago
Elder
Ramil Santiago, a native of the Philippines, moved to the United States when he was 13 years of age, lived in Orange County, CA and later moved to Las Vegas with his family. There, he worked toward a Bachelor's Degree at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
While a junior in high school in 2002, he met some friends who would eventually be instrumental in his introduction to the Gospel. Upon surrendering his life to Christ as his Lord and Savior, Ramil began his worship of the Lord and sought to be involved in the life of the local church.
Over the next eleven years, he would eventually come to serve his local church as music minister, youth leader, and college bible study leader; all the while increasing in his desire to study the Scriptures in greater depth.
In June of 2013, the Lord brought great changes to Ramil's life as he became a family man by marrying his wife Chelsea, and was called by the Lord to be a part of the work in Cornerstone Community Church. A few years later, they were both blessed by the Lord with a son and a daughter - Theo Paul and Miya Fayth. As a family, the Santiagos have been a part of the life of Cornerstone since 2013, serving wherever they are needed under the guidance and teaching of Pastor Jason Vaughn. Currently, Ramil serves as an elder at Cornerstone and his wife, Chelsea, serves as deaconess.

Kris Tiongson
Elder
Kris and Michelle Tiongson both grew up on the island of Guam and moved to the United States in 2002. They have been married since 2004 and have two boys, John and Micah. Kris and his family have been members of Cornerstone since Fall 2013. However, they went to Germany from 2015 to 2018. In January of 2019, Kris was installed as an Elder in Cornerstone.
Kris came to know the Gospel in his high school senior year. It happened to be the same church Gino Guillermo attended. Kris moved to Las Vegas in 2002 before joining the United States Air Force in 2004. After four years in North Dakota, the Lord brought Kris and Michelle back to Las Vegas. It seemed the Lord wanted them to do ministry in Las Vegas. Kris has been involved in church serving in various areas in music ministry, youth ministry, adult Bible studies, deacon ministry, and now in pastoral ministry. He loves the church and enjoys seeing the Word of God transform and grow people to be more like Christ.
In 2013, Kris received his management degree at Colorado Christian University with a minor in Biblical Studies and a Master's Degree in Theological Studies in 2017 from Liberty University. He enjoys fellowship, coffee, and theology. Fortunately, all three can be enjoyed at the same time

Thomas Messina
Elder
Thomas Messina grew up in New York and came to Las Vegas to attend UNLV. On his first day on campus, he met Kelly, who became his wife in 1995.
While working in the business world and attending a church with coworkers, he came to understand the Gospel and put his faith in Christ.
Shortly after this, he felt the Lord was calling him to ministry. Being faithful to the call, he retired from the business world and volunteered at Casa de Luz, serving the community behind The Stratosphere Hotel.
At this time, another volunteer told him about Cornerstone. They started to attend knowing they had found a Biblical church family.
After five years of serving and ministering to the community, now co-director of Casa de Luz, the elders asked him to join the staff of Cornerstone in August of 2022. On December 23, 2023, the elders placed hands on Thomas to be the fifth elder in the church. Kelly serves as a deaconess.
Today, Thomas and Kelly foster five siblings and pray for their salvation.
In their free time, wait, what free time?
